Your organization is. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect account, so funds land in your bank — usually within a couple of business days — and you stay in control of refunds and disputes.

Two parts: standard Stripe card processing per transaction, plus a Zedform platform fee that depends on your plan — 1.5% on Starter, 1.3% on Studio, and 1% on Organization.

No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing simply saves you 20%.

Yes. Take a deposit at registration and Zedform tracks the remaining balance. Give any fee a due date and Zedform reminds the family automatically — and keeps reminding them until it’s settled.
